Unusual combination. Light, summery, lemony fragrant.
Ingredients: I used onions and peppers. Dill,pepper and a dash of salt.But you can add other vegetables as well, for example eggplant, broccoli or zucchini.

Slice the onion.
Sautee them in a pan on medium heat, until brown and fragrant. In the meantime, in a bowl mix kefir with a spoon of flour. When the vegetables are done, pour a cup of kefir over them. Then add the flour mix and keep stirring. In order to avoid the sauce getting too thick, ad only a little at first, and ad more if needed. When thick enough, ad some mustard to taste, it’s up to you how much. I used a little. Ad some dill (preferably fresh) and pepper.
We had them with roasted root vegetables and corn/amarath bread.The combination was lovely.
