Spirulina-turmeric-propolis immune defense

If you’re worried about getting the flu, or want to boost your immune system in  through natural remedies, this is a thick syrup full of fiber and vitamins that will keep colds and flues and other health problems away from you. Great for kids as well, even 2 year old ones.

Ingredients:

honey

spirulina powder

pollen

molasses

propolis extract

pure unsweetened cocoa powder

turmeric

lemon juice

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a jar. it’s up to you how much of each you put in the mix, but for a pleasant taste you’d want turmeric in much maller quantity than spirulina and pollen, and just a bit of propolis extract. Refrigerate and have one spoon/day between meals. Great for toddlers as well, especially if they’re not into eating a lot of greens and veggies.

Spirulina is a natural “algae” (cyanbacteria) powder that is incredibly high in protein and a good source of antioxidants, B-vitamins and other nutrients. The high concentration of protein and iron  make it ideal anytime the immune system needs a boost.

In addition, it has immune boosting effects.Significantly, curcumin has strong inhibitive effects on cancer cells, preventing or slowing the onset as well as growth of tumors.
