flax seed bread – flourless, low carb

        Ingredients: 2 cups flax seed, 5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 5 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup water

          Mix all dry ingredients then add the water and the eggs. Whisk together, pour in a dish and bake at medium heat for about 30 minutes. You can also add chia seeds.
          This recipe can also be made into muffins or a sweet sponge cake: add brown sugar or stevia to the batter, divide batter into muffin pans and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
