Juice one grapefruit. Blend one kiwi, some pineapple, one spoon shredded ginger, ground flax seed and the grapefruit juice. You can also use mandarine juice for a sweeter drink. Why pineapple? Pineapple is full of vitamin C and managnese, plus copper, vitamin B6, B1, folate, fiber and panthotenic acid. It also contains bromelain. a complex of protein digesting enzymes which help digestion but have a wide variety of other health benefits.
