Carrot-parsnip raw soup

It’s hot, it tastes similar to a normal soup, but the vegetables aren’t boiled, so they keep all their vitamins and  health benefits. It’s also quite simple to make.

Ingredients: carrot, parsnip, tomato, olive oil , sea salt, garlic, spices such as turmeric, pepper  or cayenne pepper, parsley, dill or sage.

Juice the carrot and the parsnip. Add olive oil, sea salt and turmeric. Chop the tomatoes and set them aside.

After you juice the carrot and the parsnip, add back into the juice some of the fiber left after the juicing. Blend all the ingredients (except the chopped tomato) and one clove of garlic in a food processor. Add the chopped  tomato and warm everything up, but don’t boil it.
